Call Management on your Yealink Phone can be programmed like the example below:

The TENANTID is the same as the last bit of your SIP extension username, e.g. 101-P10021 in this example the P10021 is the TENANTID

Make sure you save the configuration. The available parking lot are 700 to 720. If you so wish, you can configure more than 2 BLF keys to monitor the respective parking lots. The above example only has 2 parking lots to monitor, 700 and 701.

To park a call

While on a call, press the button next to the Park Call on the display. If you have buttons monitoring the parking lot, the light corresponding to the recent park call will go red. Indicating that the call has been parked at the parking lot location. Or you can wait to listen to the announcement location. Then you press the Transfer button. This will release you from the call.

To pick up a parked call

There are two ways to pick up a call:

  1. Press the button next to the parked call you wish to pick up
  2. or dial the parking lot extension number and press hash, e.g. 700#
