Navigate your browser to https://my.fantel.com.au/ and you should see the login prompt. Enter your email username and currently email password and then click the Login button.
If we have your mobile phone on file, you will be prompted prompted with the following screen. Click Send Code button. If we don't have your mobile phone on file. Please contact our Customer Service number on 02 8332 3030. Click option 2, then option 2.
Enter the OTP code that you received and click the Submit button.
It may take some time for it to proceed to the dashboard and you'll get a screen like this one.
Click the Services tab, then the Email Addresses - Legacy tab. Click the User Name of the email address that you want to change the password.
Click on the Generate Password button.
Make sure you copy the password somewhere safe. As you will need to update all email clients and apps in the computer, smartphone and smart devices (iPads and tablets) that you use to check your email address on. Then click on the Change button.
This then completes the email password change.
