How to add State specific Public Holidays Condition to Phone System

1. Click on Conditions under Configuration left sidebar menu.

2. Click on the New Condition button on top right.

3. Select the "Use a Global Condition" from the Type pulldown menu

4. Give it a name, for example "2022 Public Holidays"

5. In the Condition pulldown menu, select the state that you reside in.

6. And then set the Destination when matches: to what you want the phone system to do, i.e. go to Voicemail or Just dial a mobile etc.

7. And set the Destination when NOT matches to your number Business Hours time condition.
