In the D-Link Service List pull down menu under IPv4 Settings, there are many options.
Select the following:
TR069_INTERNET - if you intend to use a VoIP phone or ATA device and/or just using the router for Internet.
TR069_VOICE_INTERNET - if you intend to use the built-in VoIP capabilities of the router.
